Get a free compliance matrix

How it works

AUD 490 per submission + 1.5% of the contract value, only if you win

  1. Send us the tender link. Within 48 hours you get a compliance matrix and evidence checklist. Free, no obligation, no payment details required.
  2. Send your evidence — past projects, insurances, licences, key people. We write the full response, scored against the published evaluation criteria, and a person reviews every page.
  3. Draft in 72 hours. You review, sign and lodge it yourself. You remain the bidder throughout.
  4. Awarded? We invoice 1.5% of the contract value, minimum AUD 5,000, reduced to 1.0% on value above AUD 5m. Not awarded? You owe nothing beyond the AUD 490.

No retainers. No hourly rates. No lock-in.

Quantity takeoffs

AUD 390 per house up to 250 m² · your first one is free

Send the plans as a PDF. Within 24 hours you get an editable bill of quantities by trade, ready for Excel or Buildxact, checked line by line against the drawings. If any quantity is out by more than 5%, we correct it at no charge.

Why this model

Industry sources put the effort for a standard Australian government RFT at roughly 40 to 80 hours of owner and estimator time, with average SME win rates around one in five, and lower for first-time tenderers. Those are estimates published by firms in this market rather than primary research, so treat them as indicative. The point stands either way: most of that effort is spent on bids that do not convert.

Charging mainly on the win moves that risk off your side of the table. It also means we decline tenders we do not think you can win — a fixed-fee writer has no reason to do that.

What we do not do

Questions we get asked

Do I have to disclose that a third party wrote the response?

Where a tender asks who prepared the submission, say so — we will give you the wording. Success-fee arrangements are unusual in this market and some buyers ask about them, so we set ours out in writing for you to disclose if required.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for drafting and for checking responses against the evaluation criteria. Every submission is reviewed by a person before it reaches you, and we disclose AI assistance wherever a tender asks about it.

What happens to my documents?

They are stored in Australia, used only for your bid, never shared with another bidder, and deleted on request.

Who else are you writing for?

We will not write competing responses to the same tender. First to engage on a given tender has it.

Are you new?

Yes. That is exactly why the compliance matrix is free and why most of our fee sits on the win rather than on your invoice. You can judge the work before you pay for it.
