Opportunity Scan — AUD 290, within three business days
For a tender you are weighing up: go/no-go with reasons, the evaluation criteria and their weightings, where your business would score and where it would not, and what you would need to show. One page plus the compliance matrix. Invoiced on delivery; the full AUD 290 is credited if you then have the response written.
Full tender response — AUD 1,450 (council) · AUD 2,450 (state and federal)
Compliance matrix, evidence checklist, every returnable schedule completed, and a complete draft scored against the published evaluation criteria. Review copy within 5 business days of receiving your evidence, one round of written changes included. Council and local government tenders up to AUD 500k contract value: AUD 1,450. State and federal tenders up to AUD 2m: AUD 2,450. Larger tenders are quoted individually.
Invoiced on delivery of the review copy, payable by bank transfer within 7 days. You accept the terms by email before work starts. Final, editable files are released on payment. Tenders closing in under five business days carry a 25% urgency fee. No GST is charged (not registered for GST). A success-fee arrangement instead of the fixed fee is available on request, by separate written agreement.
How it works
- Email the tender (link or documents) to bids@tenderdeskau.com. State portals often require a login, so attach the documents or share a link.
- Matrix within 48 hours. Free. Decide with it in hand whether the tender is worth your week.
- Engage by replying that you accept the terms, and answer the twelve intake questions. Send your evidence: past projects, insurances, licences, key people, systems.
- Review copy within 5 business days. You review, request changes once, pay the invoice, lodge it yourself. You remain the bidder throughout.

What we do not do
- We do not contact the procuring entity on your behalf, and we do not lobby. You are the bidder and the sole point of contact.
- We do not guarantee an award. Nobody honestly can.
- We do not give legal or procurement-law advice. The matrix is an assessment, not advice.
- We do not invent past projects, referees or capability. Everything in your response comes from evidence you supply, and every claim is traceable to it.
- We do not take tenders where a required management system (for example WHS or quality) does not exist yet — we tell you instead.
Questions we get asked
Do you use AI?
Yes. Drafting and checking are done with AI systems under my direction. There is no separate human reviewer on staff; you review the draft, and every matrix line cites clause and page so the check is yours to make in minutes. Where a tender asks about AI assistance or third-party preparation, say so — we give you the wording.
What happens to my documents?
They are processed on cloud services that may be located outside Australia, used only for your bid, never shared with another bidder, and deleted 30 days after delivery or earlier on request.
Who else are you writing for?
We will not write competing responses to the same tender. First to engage on a given tender has it.
Can we talk on the phone?
We work in writing, by design. Every question gets a written answer within one business day, you keep a record of everything agreed, and if you want to work something through "live" we run a 30-minute written session in a shared file. How we work explains it in full.
